Jotham Consulting provides sector-specific consultancy services related to education and the labor market in general, as well as the subject matter of this project, with the goal of solving education and health management-related problems, developing strategic plans, facilitating policy development processes, conducting program evaluations, monitoring and evaluation, enhancing institutional capacity building, and improving the teaching and learning process (education).

We use a process-based consulting approach, in which our consultants work with clients to instill a commitment to change and problem-solving processes, boost creative thinking, build the necessary capacity, and design structured programs that move the organization or institution from its current state to the desired future state (i.e., fulfill its dream).

About Me

Welcome

Jotham Training, Research, and Social Affairs Consultancy was established to address socioeconomic challenges faced by young people and community members. The organization aims to empower them by encouraging them to abandon outdated ideas and routines.

Gedion Feleke, the director of Jotham, holds two master's degrees in public policy studies and sociology and is currently working as the Youth Projects and Capacity-Building Case Team Leader for the Dire Dawa Administration Youth and Sport Commission. With 14 years of experience in the bureau, Gedion believes in leveraging youth potential for good.
